Day 1: Buenos Aires
Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, we make a panoramic tour of the city. We start in Plaza de Mayo, scenery of the most important events of the country since 1810, to then continue to the neighborhood of La Boca and finish in Palermo and Recoleta. In the evening, we attend a dinner show to appreciate the magnetism of tango. [D]
Day 2: Buenos Aires, Salta
In the afternoon, the city awaits us to explore Salta by a walk through its streets, churches and colonial buildings. During the tour, we visit the MAAM (Museum of High Mountain Archaeology), which is in charge of sharing and conserving the ‘Niños del Llullaillaco’, one of the most important archeological discovers in the last decades. Note: The Town Hall and the MAAM close on Mondays. San Miguel Market closes on Sundays.
Day 3: Salta, Cachi, Cafayate
Departure from Salta to start our trip through the Calchaquíes Valleys. During the trip, we stop at Del Obispo Slope, del Tin Tin Straight and Los Cardones National Park. In Cachi, we enjoy free time for lunch (not included) and walk around the town. Then, we continue towards Cafayate through National Route 40, passing by enchanting towns such as Seclantas, Molinos and Angastaco, apart from the amazing De Las Flechas Gorge, which is a curious rocky formation. Arrival at Cafayate. [B]

Day 4: Cafayate, Salta
In the morning, we explore the city, The Vine and Wine Museum and a winery. After lunch (not included), departure towards Salta visiting De Las Conchas Gorge, characterized by its curious formations, such as the Amphitheatre and the Devil´s Throat, both consequence of wind and water erosion. Arrival in Salta and accommodation. [B]

Day 5: Salta, Purmamarca
Early departure traveling along Del Toro Gorge to reach the town of San Antonio de los Cobres and discover part of the route that the Train of the Clouds used to do. After lunch (not included), we continue along the Puna to reach Salinas Grandes Salt Flat, the third largest in the world. Then, we descend along De Lipan Slope to Purmamarca, where well-known De los Siete Colores Hill is located. Accommodation. [B]

Day 6: Purmamarca, Salta
Today we explore Humahuaca Gorge, a Humanity Cultural Heritage by UNESCO, visiting typical and colourful villages such as Tilcara with its Pucará, Uquía and Humahuaca. On the way back to Salta, we stop at Maimará, to admire Paleta Del Pintor (the Painter’s Palette). [B]

Day 7: Salta, Puerto Iguazú
Morning at leisure in order to continue exploring the city. At due time transfer to the airport to embark towards Puerto Iguazu. Arrival and reception. [B]
Day 8: Puerto Iguazú
In the morning, we go to Iguazú National Park to visit the Iguazú Falls, which has been declared Natural Heritage Site and one of the Seven Modern Wonders of Nature. During the tour, we go through the three circuits of the park: Garganta Del Diablo (to reach the balcony and viewpoint of the most imposing waterfall of the park), The Upper (which provides a vertical view) and The Lower (which offers a closer contact with the vegetation and the falls). During the tour, we have free time for lunch (not included) and the chance to take The Great Adventure option [B]
Notes: The access to Garganta Del Diablo can be interrupted because of the rise in river flow.
In case of taking The Great Adventure, ask for its restrictions.
Signature Option: Great Adventure (Minimun age: 12 years)
This excursion is a thrilling adventure both inside Iguazu National Park of as well as on the waters of the Inferior Iguazu River. First, on board semi rigid Zodiacs boats, get close to the foot of the San Martín, Bosetti, Three Musketeers waterfalls and the Devil’s Throat canyon. Then, sail down the river rapids to Puerto Macuco, less than 2 miles from the falls. In the second part, we enter the jungle by the Yacaratiá trail, for an interpretation of the flora and fauna of the area, in trucks specially designed for this environment. This excursion is designed to experience and feel the Iguazu Falls. Visitors may take the boat excursion first and then take the walk through the jungle or vice-versa. Departures are scheduled every hour.
Attention: This trip cannot be taken by pregnant women or people with physical, cognitive and/or sensorial disabilities.
Day 9: Puerto Iguazú, Buenos Aires
We leave Puerto Iguazú to get to Foz do Iguaçu in Brazil and visit the waterfalls on the Brazilian side. We enter the park and walk along the only path that leads to the viewpoint of Garganta del Diablo. While we walk, we are able to appreciate a view of almost all the falls. Return to Buenos Aires. [B]
Day 10: Buenos Aires, USA
Time at leisure. If your flight allows it, we suggest you continue discovering Buenos Aires’ secrets. At due time, transfer to the airport to board the scheduled flight. [B]
Notes: From January to March, the itinerary could be modified due to the rainy season.
Due to the altitude, atmospheric pressure and reduction of oxygen of the Puna, we recommend that people with respiratory, cardiac or pressure diseases, take special care.
