Payment & Cancelation Policy

The corresponding items in our General Sales Conditions and Tour Conditions published on our website are superseded by these rules:

Airline Tickets:

·   Government taxes and airline fees are not included in the price and must be paid at time of tickets final payment

·   Airline ticket prices are only firm upon space confirmation. A deposit up to 100% of the ticket cost may be required at time of confirmation.

·   Group reservations will follow a schedule determined by the airline with several deadlines for deposit, group size option, passenger names delivery and final payment. Each one of these deadlines has a penalty if not complied with.

·   Cancellations for individuals depend on the chosen airline, cabin used and fare type booked and may not be permitted. Cancelation conditions will be communicated at time of booking.

·  Group cancelation policy is part of the schedule provided at time of confirmation

Land Packages

·  50% of the cost must be paid at time of confirmation. Final payment is due by 20 July ‘22 days before departure.

·  Bookings made after 20 July ’22 require immediate full payment upon confirmation.

·  Land services are not refundable unless the tournament is canceled or played behind closed doors with no attendees.

Soccer Games

·  Match tickets are not refundable unless:

o The tournament is cancelled or played without attendees

o If your team fails to qualify, you have the option of being refunded
